Airbnb X VINEGAR

Airbnb X VINEGAR is an experimental collaboration with an AirBNB owner in Downtown Birmingham, Alabama near the historic Alabama and Lyric theaters. VINEGAR presents exhibitions in this space that last two months and are open to the public on the second Wednesday of every month. These bi-monthly curated exhibitions feature artwork in any/all media.

Airbnb X VINEGAR offers an unconventional context for curation and creative experimentation, and it demonstrates what it can feel like to live with art (even the weird stuff). Airbnb guests live with the art during their stay and can purchase the work if they are inspired to do so. This provides a wide audience for artists that includes but also extends beyond the local scene.

Airbnb x VINEGAR is open to the public on the second Wednesday of every month from 5–8pm.
