I am a part of the running community and finally came to the realization that me running is one of the greatest performances I do in my everyday life. So I decided I would spread a simple message of love and kindness for ALL people. Equity for all people has been an issue that has continued to weigh heavy on my heart. So I took my run and decided to make it a performance to express my love for others in hopes they would do the same for their community. This was one of the safest ways I come in contact with my community these days, so I decided  to take advantage of it. I received several positive reactions, and it ended up being one of the most exhausting but rewarding pieces I have ever made.
